Company update on the impact of the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus

Our communities, businesses and team members are processing an issue of enormous scale and impact with the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.  At Orases, it is ingrained in our culture to play a positive role in our world and we are focused on two things during this difficult time: First, putting the health and well-being of our clients, team members, and community above all else.  Second, ensuring that Orases has the ability to continue serving our clients successfully even in an extended “work from home” scenario. I wanted to personally reach out to you and highlight these focuses and the actions stemming from them.

  • Orases has implemented a flexible work plan, fully allowing team members to work from home starting next week. We felt proactive measures were the best course of action to ensure the well-being of everyone we care about.

  • We have implemented and comprehensively tested our team’s ability to work from home and still be highly capable of meeting our client’s expectations and goals.  In 2018, we successfully did business as a virtual team for several months while moving our offices to a new location providing the same level of excellence in our products and services without interruption.  We also recently conducted a successful telework test this month, ensuring all team members are completely equipped for an extended “work from home” situation.

  • Lastly, we have instructed our team members to hold client meetings virtually.  We understand that in some cases this may change the way you interact with Orases team members in ways that will not always be ideal. Orases has extensive capabilities already in place to utilize video conferencing and while we might be “socially distanced,” we intend to make our interaction as personal as we possibly can together.   If you have an active project, your Project Manager will be updating meetings to be conducted virtually for the foreseeable future. If you do not have an active project, please feel free to contact support@orases.com, as usual, should you need anything.

None of this is “business as usual” but we are committed to making the “unusual” work. We have never done things the usual way…and that is what has always made Orases unique.
