[Frederick, MD, July 10, 2019] Orases announces the hiring of Anna Ondrish, who joins the company as QA Lead. Ms. Ondrish brings over 22 years of experience to this role. A proven leader who is admittedly and unapologetically detail-obsessed, Ms. Ondrish‘s dedication to delivering the highest-quality software solutions will help take Orases’ expanding and increasingly diverse client base to the next level.
“The solutions we’re creating continue to grow in complexity and therefore need more complex testing,” says Orases President, Nick Damoulakis.
Anna’s efforts will involve SDLC in both waterfall and agile (Kanban/SCRUM) frameworks, as well as bug management software such as Redmine, Browser Stack, and others. Specifically, she will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining QA processes, plus managing and training Orases’ team of testers
- Formulating testing plans and performing manual user acceptance testing
“I can’t think of a person better than Anna to help ensure the products we’re delivering are exactly as we’ve spec’d and, just as importantly, exactly as our clients expect,” Damoulakis confidently adds.
Custom software design and development. Twenty years of client success. A ridiculous number of awards and accolades. That’s Orases in a nutshell.
Here’s a little more than a nutshell: At Orases, we craft custom software that helps our customers transform their processes and inspire their people. The solutions we create are intuitive and efficient and span technology, channel, and device. And we do it all like no one else does. Which is why we’ve been listed on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list, and recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America (and the only custom software focused business on that list). Orases has also been lauded as Frederick’s Best Place to Work and has won Best Culture Awards from both Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine.
