Orases announces the hiring of Anna Ondrish, who joins the company as QA Lead. Ms. Ondrish brings over 22 years of experience to this role. A proven leader who is admittedly and unapologetically detail-obsessed, Ms. Ondrish’s dedication to delivering the highest-quality software solutions will help take Orases’ expanding and increasingly diverse client base to the next level.
“The solutions we’re creating continue to grow in complexity and therefore need more complex testing,” says Orases President, Nick Damoulakis.
Anna’s efforts will involve SDLC in both waterfall and agile (Kanban/SCRUM) frameworks, as well as bug management software such as Redmine, Browser Stack, and others. Specifically, she will be responsible for:
Creating and maintaining QA processes, plus managing and training Orases’ team of testers
Formulating testing plans and performing manual user acceptance testing
