A New Way to Request Orases Support
We are excited to announce that we are launching a new way to help support you and your website at Orases. Moving forward, anytime you need to make a change on your website, are having an issue or even just have a question, you can email email@example.com and any one of our team members will assist you. While the same familiar faces will still be responding to you, by opening up our support to all of our team members, we are increasing the speed and efficiency of our services to you!
Enhanced Managed Services
If you would like to continue to have a single point of contact, we offer an Enhanced Managed Service (EMS) agreement which provides you with a dedicated point of contact -- along with other great benefits including accelerated timelines and reduced rates. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in learning more about setting up an EMS.
As always, if you start a new project with Orases, outside of maintenance, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Representative for each new project. At the conclusion of those projects, your support and maintenance would again be handled via email@example.com or an EMS.
