This digital transformation underscores RAM’s commitment to continuously modernizing its member benefits and improving operational efficiency.
Developed in partnership with Maryland-based custom software and AI solutions firm Orases, the update streamlines management of RAM’s recently instituted 50% dining discount program. The updated experience replaces manual processes, improves fraud prevention, and provides participating restaurants and dining members with faster access to essential program features and discount redemption tracking.

The updated functionality delivers a frictionless experience for both restaurants and diners across Maryland. Restaurant owners can easily manage their own profiles, update business information, monitor real-time redemption activity, and communicate directly with RAM administrators for support. Diners can quickly search nearby participating restaurants, browse menus and images, and redeem their exclusive dining discounts through a secure code-based system.
