Professional Background
Kathryn (Kat) is the Director of Operations Logistics at Orases. She works works with clients in a variety of industries to target inefficiencies and improve workflows and business processes through software.
Having worked at Orases for nearly 10 years as a Digital Project Manager (DPM), Kat has learned the ins and outs of managing projects in a fast-paced, digital environment. Now, in the role of the Director of Operations Logistics, Kat supports the team of DPMs in keeping their projects to scope, budget, and schedule, along with driving efficiency in process and team member assignments.
She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a certified project management professional (PMP)® and a certified scrum master (CSM)®.
