Professional Background

Tom is a veteran in product development, leading the transformation of product ideas from their most formidable stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while aligning the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the business. In 2024, Tom was promoted from Senior Business Analyst to Director of Business Analysis at Orases.

Tom graduated from the Rutgers Business School with a BS in Accounting and has received extensive training throughout his career – most notably during his time at Accenture and Moody’s. He also received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Before joining Orases in 2022, he had an extensive career leading large, multi-year engagements for Fortune 100 companies and high-tech firms and has been recognized and awarded throughout his career for leadership, top performance, innovation, and delivery excellence. His strength lies in his ability to establish direction and motivate team members through an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect, and action.
