A new year summons us to contemplate what the future will bring. I’d like to remind us all that the future is not somewhere we are going; it is something we are creating. At Orases, we are always creating and striving to find innovative ways to help clients break through today’s standard processes and boring WordPress sites to become relevant and set apart in an ever-changing world.
2016 will continue to be the era of many organizational upgrades. New generation websites and applications that help automate internal processes are on the rise and businesses will be buying in. Now that business owners and marketing directors have seen and experienced online products over the past decade, our new and current clients will be more demanding and more intelligent; having meaningful conversations on building businesses through software automation. Orases will be on the forefront of helping our clients earn respect, build credibility through users all while integrating complex solutions that will produce the most efficient and smartest business initiatives. Orases will be quick and nimble with our clients, and we always embrace the unknown challenges presented to our team.
As President of Orases, I am proud of our talented colleagues and of the business relationships that we‘ve earned and built over the past decade. Together we have produced amazing work and accomplished many things. 2015 presented many awards and a profound growth of nearly 25%. We have celebrated our 15th year in business, and we are in the final stretch of completing our largest project in history. We are now engaging our clients on a more intimate level using Agile Methodology and one-to-one interaction on all projects.
What I am most proud of is our team. As the president, I want my team to feel and perform as owners themselves. Constant communication and great, relaxed work environment is key to a successful business plan. We share successes and learn from failures. We never point fingers, and we work with our partners as one unit as opposed to a separate entity.
