Initial Consultation
Your journey with Orases starts with a Discovery Call, where we take the time to understand your business objectives, challenges, and aspirations. Sometimes several conversations are necessary depending on the size of the project and potential scope. These initial conversations help us provide a concise introduction to our process and ask essential starter questions, ensuring a smooth progression through our engagement. We aim to determine if Orases is the right partner to deliver an effective solution/service tailored to your needs. In some cases, we might exchange standard legal documentation, e.g. a mutual NDA, to facilitate open and transparent communication.
During the Discovery Call, it’s crucial for our team to start aligning on what success looks like for your project. We’ll delve into understanding your vision for the solution, including key milestones and success criteria. This ensures that we are collectively working towards a shared goal and sets the stage for a cohesive and targeted approach throughout our collaboration.
