Courtney Lewis, who joined Orases in 2020 as a Business Analyst, has been promoted to Senior Business Analyst Associate Team Lead. Leveraging her experience as an athlete and coach, she aims to help her teammates reach their maximum potential and explore all avenues for growth.

Devin Gaither has been promoted to Product Designer after serving as a Senior Business Analyst for over 2 years, with a total Orases tenure of seven and a half years. This newly created role at Orases focuses holistically on product development and user experience throughout the project lifecycle, reinforcing the company’s user-centered approach to software creation.
