Professional Background

Will started working as a developer right after he graduated from high school with a desire to improve productivity and a drive to make processes more efficient. In his early years, he focused on the internal side of development; creating tools to automate and manage the logistics of an automotive recycling center. Will was able to gain a lot of experience, ranging from building Android apps, to developing custom web apps. After gaining a few years of experience, he began working for a marketing company doing primarily front end development.

Will became interested in the psychology behind conversion rate optimization and what drives people to make decisions while using your platform. He had great success at improving the conversion rates for the company’s lead generation platforms by providing improved UX, based on the analysis of user behavior. The next chapter of his career brought him to work for Orases; a place where he already feels he has made an impact at helping improve the efficiency of a few internal processes by building some neat tools. Will enjoys working on a diverse variety of projects, which always pushes him to think outside the box and learn new things on a daily basis.

Personal Interests

Will enjoys hanging out with friends and family, meeting new people, gallivanting around downtown, listening to music, playing piano, home automation, hacking his DIY self-driving car, and learning more about technology.
