Professional Background

Vladimir’s first software development job was in 1995 with Computer Arts Ltd, in Sofia Bulgaria, where he built e-commerce websites for a major appliance company. After pursuing a marketing degree from New Bulgarian University, Vladimir moved to Germany where he worked on many innovative projects at Universal Link GmbH, including production of an online casino and an intranet portal for Deutsche Bank.

He relocated to the US in 2002, and after graduating from Hood College with a degree in Computer Science, began work on IT projects at the Federal Drug Administration under a contract for Booz Allen Hamilton. He has been with Orases since 2003, starting as an Internet Developer Intern and now serving as VP of Production and Technology.
