Our top priority is the well-being, health, and safety of our staff, customers, and partners. Currently, the majority of our team members are set up to work from home. Many of them worked remotely on a regular basis before self-isolation; others were offered help in organizing an efficient home office.
One of the biggest concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic is cybersecurity, as most companies have digitalized their business processes. We rely on proven tools and best-practices in order to secure remote working activities and protect Orases and its customers against cybercrime.
Moreover, the new environment requires a more flexible and detailed approach to project management and staffing. Our 20+ years’ experience of working with remote and distributed teams have allowed us to quickly adapt our processes and navigate the crisis smoothly.
