Professional Background

Jakob joined Orases with over 20 years of business management experience. While successfully managing multi unit locations, he realized early on that the key to profitability is to grow individuals and a respectful culture. He has worked within Human Resources and held management roles at very large companies like Disney Co. and H&M, but found the most fulfillment in working at smaller companies where true impact can be gained.
